COBI Studio COBI Studio

Cognitive Optical Brain Imaging (COBI) Studio is a hardware integrated software platform that is designed for functional Near Infrared (fNIR) Spectroscopy experimentation.

Currently, COBI is in-use in various university and research labs worldwide and has been licensed by fNIR Devices LLC.

COBI was developed in C++ as a stand-alone application which is extended in functionality by dlls.

InfraScanner

InfraScanner

InfraScanner is a handheld, non-invasive, safe medical device that uses continuous wave differential near infrared spectroscopy to detect hematoma in the brain.

Currently, InfraScanner is distributed to countries in three different continents by InfraScan Inc.

InfraScanner software is embedded in Windows CE operating system and was developed in C++.

MazeSuite

MazeSuite

MazeSuite is a complete set of tools that enables researchers to perform spatial and navigational behavior experiments within interactive, easy to create, and extendable (e.g., multiple rooms) 3D virtual environments.

MazeSuite can be used to design/edit adapted 3D environments, as well as track subjects? behavioral performance.

MazeSuite contains 3 individual applications developed in C, C++ and C#.

enAble Games enAble Games

enAble Games is an Active Video Game (AVG) platform that includes a suite of fun and challenging games for players with disabilities. Flexible gaming parameters enable each game to be tweaked and adjusted to best fit the therapy goals of each individual player.

Therapy sessions that incorporate enAble Games intended to provide therapists with finer granularity of evaluation and treatment. By addressing the barriers to active recreation and exercise, enAble Games have been shown to increase patient adherance and progress against goals.

InfraLab is a user-friendly post processing, visualization and storage program for data collected by InfraScanner

InfraLab is developed in C# as a standalone application.
ACOBI

ACOBI

Analysis for Cognitive Optical Brain Imaging Studio (ACOBI) is a software program designed as a brain-mapping tool that allows researchers and clinicians to interact with their fNIR data.

ACOBI is a post-processing environment that enables researchers to visualize techniques and thus better understanding of the relationship between behavior and fNIR signals.

ACOBI is developed in C# as a stand-alone .NET application with several Dlls. It contains a scripting engine and users can create their custom plugins.


Yazgac

Yazgac

Yazgac is a free desktop application, that allows you to type special Turkish characters (ç,ı,ş,ğ,ü,ö) or correct your text by automatically placing them. These characters are not part of non-Turkish keyboards (and ASCII table), thus, are usually omitted in daily life by many. Yazgac is intended to help users type and/or correct Turkish text with standard US keyboards and without changing their keyboard settings.

InterpolationLIB (Interpolation Library) is a free .NET component that contains reusable group of interpolation functions that can easily be integrated into your applications.

InterpolationLIB can apply various interpolation algorithms on vectors (1D array) and images (2D array). You can use InterpolationTOOL to perform interpolation without writing code.
